Periodic review of grade – academic staff
The timetable for such reviews is set annually by the University and details of the most up to date timetable are available at:
Paperwork for academic staff going forward for review is collated by InfHR and is submitted via Head of School. Please note that it is a requirement for promotion cases that the staff member’s PDR/appraisal has been carried out and signed paperwork has been submitted to InfHR.

Please note that the deadline date for the submission of promotions paperwork to College will be in advance of the date shown on the timetable. This is to allow College staff enough time to prepare the paperwork for the review panel.
