PPar Seminar Series
Seminars held by the CDT or elsewhere in the School of Informatics and EPCC, which are of relevance to PPar students and supervisors.
Seminars are added to the current year’s programme as they are announced by the host institute or organisation. Announcements and reminders about PPar Seminars, PPar Lunches and other talks and events, which are relevant to the core areas of the CDT, are sent to the PPar-Announce mailing list.
If you would like to join the list, please email ppar-cdt@inf.ed.ac.uk.
CDT PPar students are expected to attend as many of the Pervasive Parallelism Seminars as they reasonably can, especially those most relevant to their work.
PPar supervisors, industry partners, and interested staff and students from other institutes or schools are also very welcome to attend any PPar Seminars.

Related Seminar Programmes
In addition to the seminars highlighted in the PPar Seminar Series, the institutes within the School of Informatics, EPCC and other related departments hold frequent talks and seminars which may be of interest to CDT PPar students, supervisors and industry partners – all are welcome!
Students are encouraged to attend as many as possible; even when the topic of a seminar is not situated directly within a student’s field, the seminar series provide valuable opportunities to interact with academics and students from other research areas, other institutes and other universities.
Please check the relevant web pages for up-to-date information as times and dates may vary:

- Regular talks and seminars within the School of Informatics
