College PGR Board of Examiners
Information on the College PGR Board of Examiners.
Board of Examiners Meetings
The College PGR Board of Examiners meets once a month (usually in the second week of the month) to approve PGR thesis and dissertation examination paperwork. A list of the meeting dates can be found by following the link above. As a general rule, relevant paperwork must be received by the College Office by 5pm two working days before the meeting for the paperwork to be sent to the next meeting. If paperwork misses a meeting, it will be sent to the next meeting.
The Board of Examiners make decisions on the following:
- Examination Paperwork
- Awards
- Interruptions
- Extensions
- Withdrawals
- Re-instating students
- Viva by video conference requests
Examination paperwork will be sent to the Board of Examiners meeting at least once during the exam process.
