Academic Year 2023/24 Session
Teaching Support Trainer: Aurora Constantin.
Who needs to undertake the Informatics Teaching Support Provider Training?
All Teaching Support Providers need to undertake role appropriate as well as mandatory training once every academic year. This means, even if you have done training in Semester 2 of the previous academic year and are returning to do more work in Semester 1 of the new academic year, you will need to undertake the relevant training in the new academic year.
Where to find the training
ALL training sessions will be available via MyEd on the LEARN course entitled "Informatics Teaching Support Provider Training (2023/24)", and you can carry them out in your own time, regardless the delivery mode (synchronous or asynchronous). LIVE online sessions will be provided via Collaborate, which can also be accessed through MyEd.
Mandatory University training can be found on the People and Money System by clicking on the "Learning" icon.
Attendance
Attendance to each training session will be recorded during the LIVE online Collaborate sessions. If you are unable to attend the LIVE online Collaborate sessions, you can demonstrate virtual attendance by CORRECTLY responding to ALL of the associated quizzes from the relevant LEARN course via MyEd.
IMPORTANT - Relevant and mandatory training MUST be completed prior to commencing ANY work.
