The Informatics HR team provide a full range of administrative support for all areas of staff recruitment and employment.

On 11th November the University has launched a new HR and Finance system called ‘People and Money’ which is being rolled out in phases. HR functionality is included within the first phase. As a result of this, there will be some changes in the way that we currently work. On each of the following HR related information pages, you will see a summary at the top of the page to indicate whether the information is still correct, or whether there are any changes you need to be aware of. If there are changes, you will be directed to the correct source of information.  

If you have any questions not covered by these pages, we would encourage you to first view the bespoke FAQs that we have set up to support the new system implementation. If you cannot find your answer on the FAQs, please continue to route any enquiries to the Informatics HR team via email.

Please be aware that the new system is being implemented without our local HR team having any prior advance use of it before wider release. We are therefore working hard to understand how the new system works and to simultaneously catch up with a backlog of work created by system implementation and resultant freezes. We therefore appreciate your patience whilst we work through this.

  • Advice on HR compliance with University guidelines and liaison with College HR.
