In the case of any other unplanned absence (e.g Severe Weather Policy, unforeseen Emergency) staff must notify firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the process of sickness absence. Note that there is no statutory entitlement to leave in such cases, however, the School will consider each case individually. Depending on the circumstances an employee may be required to use annual leave to cover a period of absence.
