Flexible working requests

Our School follows and supports the University policy in considering all flexible working requests regardless of individual reasons.

Our approach is that such requests should be agreed to wherever the business allows, including reasonable adjustments. If a line manager intends to decline a request, then University policy will be followed. However, before declining, this should be discussed with the Director of Professional Services to ensure that all options have been considered that might enable the request to be approved.
