The School's front-line academic support administration is delivered by the Institutes Administration Team, located on the 1st floor of the Informatics Forum, Room 1.33. Administrate Service Manager is Kasia Stoinska, kasia.stoinska@ed.ac.uk

Main Duties
- Providing dedicated admin support to the six Institutes based throughout the School
- Organisation and support of Institute meetings
- Assisting with the organisation and delivery of events, conferences and workshops
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Managing the Institute seminar and workshop series
- Supporting our Research Finance colleagues in maintaining monthly research timesheets.
- Room bookings
- Institute web maintenance
- Processing of visitor requests in line with the School's visitor policy
- Procurement of books and other non-Computing related items (for orders less than £200.00)
- Arranging courier services
- Responding to enquiries received in-person and through the Teams ticketing system
