Researchfish for students

Information on Researchfish submissions for students.

Submission period

The 2023 Research Outcome Data Collection submission will run from 6 February 2023 to 16 March 2023 at 4pm.

The system is open year round and information can be added at any point.

Sanctions

Sanctions apply to staff grant holders only.  They do not apply to students.

Local guidance

The Researchfish submission is supported locally by the Informatics RDM team. If you are expected to make a submission this year, you will receive a Researchfish invitation from your funder. Further to this, you will receive communications from the RDM team, outlining the support available to you. The latter is likely to be sent in early February 2023. 

Your supervisor may be able to assist you with the submission as they have likely worked with Researchfish before.

Sending a new invitation Should you have lost your invitation to Researchfish, please let Victoria Lindström (victoria.lindstrom@ed.ac.uk) know. Alternatively, you may request a new invitation yourself from Researchfish. Requesting a new invitation from Researchfish
Advising if your submission was completed Should you wish to confirm that your submission was successfully made, you are welcome to email Victoria Lindström (victoria.lindstrom@ed.ac.uk) to confirm.
