Withdrawing from your studies

If you are considering withdrawing from your studies at the University of Edinburgh, you are strongly advised to consult with your Student Adviser in order to consider the implications of withdrawal.   These include matters such as: access to the University’s facilities; financial issues (for example scholarships, fees, external financial issues relating to the Student Loans Company/Student Awards Agency for Scotland etc.); Student Visas; exit awards; and readmission.

Students must complete an official withdrawal form before their request can be processed by the School.  If you do wish to withdraw, please contact the Student Support team to request a withdrawal form.
