1) 'Essentials and Basics of Online Environments' Training

 

These sessions are for you to carry out in your own time, on the Learn course entitled "Informatics Teaching Support Provider Training (2022/23)".

Please do not perform this training if you have already done so on semester 1. If you have not performed it on semester 1, please find below explanations about who they are compulsory for, and who can get paid for performing them (by doing the asynchronous activities and quiz).

 

As a complement to this asynchronous training, synchronous discussion hours will be available to ask any questions and/or have discussions around teaching: TBA

Basics of Online Learning Environments 5: Using CodeGrade for marking programming assignments Mainly for markers, but appropriate for all teaching support staff who are PGT students and above. Also appropriate for tutors who use CodeGrade. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY MARKERS AND TUTORS WHO USE CODEGRADE WILL BE PAID FOR ATTENDANCE. COMPULSORY FOR ALL MARKERS AND TUTORS  WHO USE CODEGRADE

2) Advanced Semester 2 Training

 

Note: Regardless the delivery mode (synchronous or asynchronous), ALL training sessions will be available on the Learn course entitled "Informatics Teaching Support Provider Training (2022/23)", and you can carry them out in your own time. Attendance to each session will be taken down during the live session, or you can demonstrate virtual attendance by CORRECTLY responding to ALL of the quizzes associated from the Learn course.
