Matters Arising

20112019_BoS Item 1) Approval of UNISTATS LT&A Data , and Programme Accreditation Data

Paul Gorman, Reporting Analyst, Student Data and surveys has requested that Approval of Learning, Teaching, Assessment and Accreditation information could be a standing item on BoS Agenda for Semester 1 Meetings.

Attached is a report showing all course learning, teaching and assessment information for the 2019/20 academic year which should be reviewed locally and ultimately presented to your Semester 1 Board of Studies for formal approval. Any changes should be made in DRPS before end December as Student Systems will archive the current academic year in January 2020

Note:  You can run up to date versions of this report via BI Suite.  The report is located in Public Folders -> SASG: Student Systems -> Officially Dev and Maintained -> Student -> Course Reports and is named ‘C19 – Assessment Learning and Teaching Activities Report – Update’.

 

Below is the up-to date Accreditation Spreadsheet which needs to be reviewed and approved by BoS on an annual basis. Note that ultimate sign-off of the data must be recorded as happening in the BoS minutes.
