Chris Cummins wins Best Paper at PACT 2017

ICSA and PPar CDT student Chris Cummins has taken the Best Paper award at PACT 2017

ICSA and PPar CDT student Chris Cummins has taken the Best Paper award at PACT 2017, for his work on 'End-to-end Deep Learning of Optimization Heuristics'. PACT  brings together researchers from architecture, compilers, applications and languages to present and discuss innovative research of common interest. 

This is Chris' second best paper award this year!

Many congratulation to Chris and to his ICSA co-authors Hugh Leather and  Pavlos Petoumenos (The University of Edinburgh) and ICSA old boy Zheng Wang (Lancaster University).
